The trigger for the transformation of this house was to find more flexible spaces for the whole family and for this reason it was essential to open up the kitchen to the living space of the house.

The flooring throughout the house unifies the spaces, oak-effect laminate flooring from quick step impressive model, over underfloor heating to ensure thermal comfort through the installation of the new aerothermal heating and cooling system.

The kitchen is designed completely in white to give the maximum sensation of spaciousness and cleanliness, with white handleless units and white zeus silestone worktop. The electrical appliances are configured to be integrated and can be freely installed in stainless steel and black.

Two bathrooms and a guest toilet have been completely refurbished, with simple lines, practical niches, wall-hung sanitary ware and continuous solid surface worktops.

The rest of the finishes in the house are renovated, the walls are smoothed, new storage spaces and wardrobes are designed.
