When hired for a project, we conduct a thorough briefing. Clients receive a questionnaire and are invited to a meeting with our design team where we establish their vision.

We start with an initial site visit to familiarize ourselves with existing conditions and take measurements. If you’re unable to provide us with plans of the existing conditions, we’ll create a comprehensive to-scale CAD drawing.

We proceed to prepare a conceptual package that focuses on our design philosophy and key design ideas for the interior. At the end of this phase, we provide you with a visual direction for the look and feel of our designs using a selection of images, sketches, and finishes.

Afterwards, we develop detailed programmes that include all necessary finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, and provide complete drawings of all carpentry elements.

We prepare comprehensive construction documentation, finalising and publishing the finishing and installation programmes together with the package of construction plans.

We provide bids to the client for review, and provide advice and support to ensure that the proposed price and design meet the expectations of all parties. Once contractors are approved and selected, we provide ongoing assistance throughout the construction process to ensure that the desired outcome is achieved. We liaise with trades and consultants, review shop drawings and answer any questions that arise. In addition, we schedule regular site visits, and are available for additional visits as required.

Finally, we move on to the phase where we carefully select finishes, fabrics, lighting, carpets and non-fixed furniture. We provide detailed plans and a comprehensive list of items to complement the space, along with a schedule that includes all relevant details such as suppliers, prices and delivery times. We then manage the orders, procure the items and supervise their delivery. If requested by the client, we also take care of including accessories and artwork in this process.
